The League’s Front Office Summary (League Administrators) 

  • The League’s Front Office is here for the players above anything else. Our role is to create an organized league that is structured towards competition. Each League Administrator is bound to uphold to rules and regulations defined by the league by-laws. 

  • The Front Office welcomes any input and will work alongside Support Staff to keep current and adjust to issues that may arise. 

  • If an issue occurs, that is not covered within the by-laws a resolution can be passed with a 2/3 vote by the League Administrators.  

  • Regardless of the outcome Support Staff have appeal power with a 2/3 Vote.  

    • If the Support Staff votes in favor of the appeal, the final determination will be chosen by an owner vote with simply majority.  

    • When adding or changing a standard, the best interest of the league shall take precedence. 

    • Owner Votes will be anonymous. 

    • League Admins and Support Staff’s votes will be public knowledge.  

  • The Front Office will issue all statements to the entire league for transparency. 

    • Announcements shall occur between 5 PM & 10 PM Est. 

      • Special circumstances may occur, and the intent of the regulation must be upheld.  

        • No competitive edge can be gained.

  • League Administrators may NOT own a team. They may be a Captain. 

    • A League Administrators as a Captain needs to be independent of insider information. 

    • They cannot help with Trades or FA signings. 

      • This Includes the Assistant TO the League Administrators. 

League Staff 

  • Assistant TO the League Administrators 

    • This role is chosen by the Front Office to assist in the vision and direction of the league. 

    • This role is a silent partner who may not conversate in general chat about their opinions as it pertains to the league. They may, however, assist members of the community on rules and regulations. 

    • The intent of this rule is to avoid confrontation with members. 

  • 3HLPA 

    • This position is voted on by the players 1 week prior to the start of the season. 

    • This person shall have a complete understanding of the rule book and procedures. 

    • This person should have excellent availability. 

    • The 3HLPA Rep should be the first point of contact for any complaints as a player. 

      • If the NHLPA isn’t available, players may come straight to The Front Office. 

    • The 3HLPA Rep shall gather the full story and any supporting documents. 

    • The 3HLPA Rep will then bring the case to the Front Office for review. 

  • 3HL Owners Rep 

    • This position is voted on by the owners 1 week prior to the start of the season. 

    • This person shall have a complete understanding of the rule book and procedures. 

    • This person should have excellent availability. 

    • The Owner’s Rep should be the first point of contact for any complaints or appeals from an Owner(s). 

      • If the owners rep inst available, owners may come straight to The Front Office. 

    • The Owner’s Rep shall gather the full story and any supporting documents. 

    • The Owner’s Rep will then bring the case to the Front Office for review. 

French Ambassador 

  •  The role of this person will mainly be a league translator; to assist in communication. 

  • This person must be fluent in both French and English. 

  • This person will assist, as needed, any league member in fully understanding any league documents, forms, google sheets, website, etc. (This included everyone from Owners to unregistered players) 

  • This person must have an unbiased opinion whilst working with league members. 

  • THIS IS NOT A POSITION OF POWER IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM.  

Team Management 

  • Team Owners 

    • Team Owners shall have a complete understanding of the rule book and procedures. 

    • Team Owners shall have excellent availability. 

    • Team Owners must submit to a Rules and Procedures Quiz. 

    • Team Owners must submit to an interview over Xbox live party chat. 

  • Team GM, AGM 

    • It Is up to the Owner of the team to decide the role of these  players. 

    • If the owner of a team is not available these players may act as owner with permission. 

    • The owner must notify a League Administrator prior to any action. 

  • Team Captain. 

    • A Captain can not stand in for an owner or act in any official means. 

    • The only purpose of the Captain spot is to lock them into your roster.
